These Terms & Conditions apply to shanadigital.com and its pages, forms, and newsletter (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Shana Sanders ("Shana," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
We Create Tech, Inc. is a separate 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Its programs, donations, and policies are governed by wecreatetech.org, not by these terms.
You may view and share the Site for personal, educational, and professional purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
Submitting a request through the Book Shana form is an inquiry, not a confirmed booking. Speaking, training, and advising engagements are confirmed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement, not these terms, sets the fee, scope, schedule, travel, cancellation, and recording terms for the engagement.
Budget ranges you share help us respond with the right options. They are not a quote or an offer.
When you use a form on the Site, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email, organization, and event details. Forms are hosted by Tally, and the information is used to respond to you, plan engagements, and send the newsletter if you subscribe. We do not sell your personal information.
The Site and its forms may use cookies and basic analytics to understand how pages are used. You can ask us to update or delete the information you submitted by contacting us (section 13).
If you subscribe to Cultivating Digitally, we will email you essays and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us.
The writing, talks, frameworks (including The Opportunity Divide), photographs, graphics, and design on the Site belong to Shana Sanders or are used with permission of their owners. You may quote short excerpts with credit and a link back. Please do not copy, republish, or use Site content commercially without written permission.
Names and logos of media outlets, programs, and organizations appear only to describe coverage, recognition, and appearances. Their use does not imply endorsement. Photographs credited to other photographers or publications remain the property of their owners.
The Site links to other websites, including press coverage, event pages, video platforms, and We Create Tech. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites.
Content on the Site is shared for general information and inspiration. It is not legal, financial, or other professional advice for your specific situation.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always up to date.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Shana Sanders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This section does not limit any obligations set out in a signed engagement agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in DeKalb County, Georgia.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about these terms or your information: hello@wecreatetech.org, or reach us through the Book Shana form.
